SCEE Shafts European Gamers with Super Monkey Ball Banana Splitz Costing More in Europe

Super Monkey Ball Banana Splitz released on the PS Vita this week in North America and Europe, but gamers in Europe have to fork out more on the game. In the US, the game is available for $29.99 on the PlayStation Store, but Europeans have to pay €34.99 / £29.99 for the same game. Since when did $1 = £1? (PS Vita, Super Monkeyball: Banana Splitz)

Misleading headline, SCEE doesn't set third-party pricing - the publisher (SEGA) does.

Exactly. UK PS Store being overpriced is common knowledge really.

Yeah i checked on the Vita ps store last week and they had last years Fifa priced at £44.99 but Fifa 13 priced at £39.99... i couldn't help but laugh.
Although is probably down to EA and not sony... still funny though.

I cant help think that if they retailed vita games for £20 or less then they would sell an awful lot more, even if a game looked average I would probably pick it up for a cheap price.
