BT Target Gamers with New Campaign

British Telecom (BT) has begun a new online advertising campaign for their BT Infinity broadband package and one of their targeted audiences is gamers. In a series of three new video advertisements, BT explain just why BT Infinity is best suited to deliver a dependable service for playing videogames online, as well as downloading new content.

I think the new BT adverts are really good and should help them in the market against Sky and Virgin but there biggest issue for me is BT Vision. I had it until 4 months ago and it is a very good service but it really needs to push to get channels like Sky One and all the sky sports channels and even channels like Gold ect. I still have there broadband and I can say I have never had an issue with it but in 5 months time I will be changing to TalkTalk as there TV package is unbeatable compared to SKY, Virgin and BT as it offers all the channels I want as it has all Sky sports, Sky one, Sky living, Gold and more and for less than Sky and virgin offer and with it being the back bone of Tiscali TV which I had until I moved and it was very good and good value for money.

I'd avoid BT like the plague tbh. Worst customer service I've ever had to deal with. Remember I had my phone line cut off for non bill payment (not my fault as they sent the bill to my old address despite having my new address on their system) I was ping ponged back and forth between departments for six hours on the phone before they finally realized what had happened.

BT say they are the only ones who have Fibre...

BT say they are the fastest broadband around...

BT say they have unlimited download...

But the reality is, They have nothing.

I think ill stick with Unlimited 80MB fibre with TalkTalk, Least they don't slow down at peak times.

Talk talk refused to service a faulty line for over 3 months. They don't have any decent customer service and the speeds drop more often than the knickers of a lady of the night
