Mad Moxxi of the Borderlands games has her share of cosplayers out there dawning her infamous red top hat and low-cut suit with its tails. However, none do her more justice than the beautiful ItsRainingNeon. Miss Neon has done numerous Moxxi sets but her most recent one with photog Aryn Jurgensen, wherein she has recreated the racy photos of Mad Moxxi hidden in a Borderlands 2 mission, is by far her best.
