Dragon Ball Z for Kinect Review - Just Push Start

"Dragon Ball Z is one of the most famous and reverred anime/manga series of all time. After many yearly fighting games released since Budokai came out in 2002, there wasn’t much room for innovation. This is until this year as the Dragon Ball Z franchise hits the Xbox 360′s Kinect hardware for the very first time. With the ability to mimic the favorite stances of fan’s favorite characters, does this reinvent the DBZ gaming franchise or is it yet another shoddy addition to the Kinect library?" - Just Push Start (Dragon Ball Z: For Kinect, Xbox 360) 5.1/10

This is the only game that i can honestly call crap because as a perchuser of Spikes previous DBZ the similarities in combat are well lets say this is basically a DLC version ultimate tenkaichi with kinect controls.

I've said it before.
Kinect only makes things worse. It over complicates simple tasks and simplifies gameplay because of the players inability to input any sort of complex commands.

Can't believe how some people defend it so much.
Not saying it's a bad product overall. It's good for other things... anything but not gaming.

Explain yourself when has a dbz game ever been a game of complexity? The devices simplicity on the gameplay side is all game design based as in its a choice not of limitations but of overall playability and enjoyment. You say it makes things to simple when you don't even realize or see the complex and interactive things people have made if anything controllers have basically been doing what your saying the kinect is doing simplifying say rts genres from to PC to the consoles well the control schemes on the controller are just simplified versions of the of one intact that dashboard update your iPod UI even when you turn on your car your using a simplified version of the old complex version. Idk about you but me punching to punch in game sounds just as simple as pressing a button it's accomplishing the same thing but its just a different action bringing us to hat accomplishment.

I have... no clue of what you're trying to say. But when I said "complex commands" I wasn't referring to the game's depth.
