Ravaged Review | FleshEatingZipper

FleshEatingZipper says: "Ravaged – the new post-apocalyptic first person shooter from 2 Dawn games – released today and with that the review embargo has been lifted so we get a chance to tell you what we think about the latest entry in to the team based fps arena. I got a chance to spend quite a bit of time playing our review copy, both on my own and with the developers of the game, and here’s what I can tell you about it… One of the first things I noted when I started up the game is that the folks over at 2 Dawn games did a really job on the sound. I’ve played a lot of FPS titles in my time and one thing I have always noticed is that the sounds just didn’t feel right. Some have volume issues, others have no echo or reverb which makes the sound of distant gun fire sound hollow and unrealistic and some of the FPS games out there just shouldn’t have bothered putting sound in at all because they fail at it." (PC, Ravaged) 8/10
