Take a Look Inside the New PlayStation Store

Last week we gave you a sneak peek of the completely redesigned PlayStation Store for PlayStation 3. Along with the re-imagined user interface, we added predictive search and improved filtering to make finding content easier and faster. The new store also offers more in-depth information about games, add-ons and apps, as well as movies and TV shows, letting you browse and discover new types of content effortlessly.
The redesigned PlayStation Store launches in the U.S., Canada, Mexico, and Brazil on October 23. In the meantime you can get a taste of what’s coming in this walkthrough video.

I think you just have to get used to where thing is. Everything loads really quick too when u are first inside. I remember a lot of times waiting for all the squares to fill out in the old one while here it's there the moment you open the section.
The search function is kinda weird though and it feels like a lot of the stuff is just thrown out without organizing it.

I think navigating will be much easier over time.

Are you f****** kidding me? Who asked for this? Only a bunch of whiny kids in the US, so they better redesign the US Store only, I'm keeping my supposed "old" Playstation Store in Europe!

FFS, it looks like we're back to the real "old" store, html-based they had before the 2008 redesign, and that 2008 redesign was, is perfectly fine, dammit, why did they have to come up with that trash?!
Plus it's all grey, actually worse than the 2006 PS Store!!!

I like the current Store with its blue background that changes with each important game and its pulsating cursor, why would anyone change that???

It is broken. That's the whole point.
The old store is boring, unorganized and slow.

This new store changes all of that. Don't like it? Doesn't matter. You can't "keep the old store".

It is not the US Store only. I just downloaded it because If I wanted to acces the PSN store I had no choice but to do it. I quite like it actually, seems fresh but laggy for some reason. Kind of surprised EU got a week before the US.

Im liking it... I hope it gets to vita soon.. Gone are the days of waiting for icons to load up & fail.. streaming videos finally too.. It took em a while to get modernized but its here & nice.. Now, if only that xmb
