Oculus Rift Interview with founder Palmer Luckey

Oculus Rift is an exciting new tech that aims to make virtual reality more popular. It was unveiled this year and the response from consumers and critics was fantastic. i really hope this takes off and as soon as there is one in the shops for ps3/4 then i shall get one! though i think for it to be a success they need to ensure that it becomes pretty much a standard option for every game, as much like 3d (which i have and really enjoy where available) it has potential but i fear it will be under supported and not reach its potential, though id hope the cost barrier would be significantly less so this may help it.

even for basic 3D it will murder any 3D TV sdo if it isn't supported for the full IR at least 3D will be stellar. coupled with the viewing angle it should still be pretty immersive.
