Dishonored Review | thumbACTIVE

Single-player action games are an endangered species. There's been a frightening shift towards noisy QTE thrill rides brimming with explosions with all the Multiplayer you can quaff.

Dishonored, then, is a fish out of a water, albeit an incredibly intelligent fish with the capacity to engage with its audience beyond the controller. In a time where often gamers are mommy coddled by developers to play in a specific way, Arcane chooses to simply hand over the keys and let you get on with it. Dishonored is open in a way most titles are not, allowing for truly meaningful choices which influence how you play.
