OPM: That’s it GOTY right there. Dishon-i-who? – Far Cry 3 lets you hunt sharks. End of conversation. Those big fishes aren’t just there to stop you swimming too far out to sea either, they’re actually prey you can take on for fun and profit.
I love animals and I love game worlds, I especially love it when animals bring a game world to life.
Like Red dead redemption did!
Far Cry 3 wins everything – lets you *hunt sharks*. better not let PETA find out
PETA are idiots, they gave Fable 2 their GOTY a few years back even though there was a quest that had you kick chickens into a door and they'd explode.
That's pure magic babeh!
This game I will buy day 1, I'm a fan of Farcry 2 and will give this game a ton of time once its released.
Farcry 2 was amazing. i loved it. gets too much stick. 3 will be amazing.
i can imagine PETA screaming animal abuse, lol
This will be amazing for me as my only issues were addressed. Namely: No respawning checkpoints Gun jamming gone Fast travel to places you have been (no bus needed) Proper open world. More variation in wild life etc...
what would make this game perfect would be if they included a secret underground military facility
Hey you never know :P
Well, that's good to hear. Hunting animals definitely added a lot to Red Dead Redemption. I imagine it's the case here, as well. :)
Love these types of games where u can just get lost on your own for hours, well worth paying full price for imo
I hope the PC version of this game is not a straight port from console. We know what will happend, 720p and 30 FPS lock with broken W A D controls, mouse lag issues and so much more
If they have done a great job, then the game must be on my Pc for sure :)
It's Crytek. The PC version is always better then the console version.
Sorry, but this isn't Crytek.
Its Ubisoft not Crytek, they bought the Franchise after FC1.
My bad. I forgot it's a different engine and everything =/
every pc version of every game ever made is always better, always!
Despite the weird mouse acceleration in the PC version of FC2, it actually ran amazingly and had tons of graphical options and not to mention quick saves.
Even though Ubisoft's recent PC releases don't fill me with confidence, I have faith in the developers.
I hope more games like this come out, you know like skyrim and red dead where you can do a lot of stuff besides just the main campaign.
Sounds like a massive step up from Far Cry 2
takes me back to crysis 1, take a row boat out to ocean and fight sharks. the manly way.
im still new to far cry so does any 1 know if u can buy houses in far cry 3
