Why Was Silent Hill: Book Of Memories Delayed So Many Times?

Silent Hill: Book of Memories, a spin-off multiplayer take on the series, was supposed to be released back in February. Then, it got delayed to March. Finally, it was delayed again into October, where it now has a concrete release date. (PS Vita, Silent Hill: Book Of Memories)

Because developers although very rare, sometimes actually want a game to be developed correctly and not rushed into a release.

Which I have literally no problem with.
