People really need to vote with their clicks more. It's shameful how many blatantly poor quality posts get hot on N4G. Everyone has to be ensure they go to sites that put the work in.

That, and not knowing the difference between a fact and an opinion, not doing any research on a topic before making something up, etc.

For better or worse, we're in a world where nearly anyone can just buy a URL, download some blogging software, and start typing up news and reviews with no credentials at all. Then suddenly they're raking in hits from bombastic headlines, baseless rumors, "reviews" of games they have not even cleared half of, and opinion pieces parading as facts. It really ruins everything for the few guys who actually did take some journalism classes and who actually are pretty good writers >_<
