AusGamers has reviewed The Walking Dead Episode Four and writes: Not only has Telltale managed to turn The Walking Dead into a reoccurring event (in much the same way as, say, every new episode of Breaking Bad has been an event for the die-hard fans), but they've allowed their characters, and their world, to breath, to exist within the players’ minds for months.

This episode, Justis and McBosspants try their best to fight against the growing linearity of the series. Surprisingly, their poor-decision-making Lee is starting to merge with their own good-guy-Lee playthrough as they fight against the boredom of point-and-click adventures, the lack of choices in the later parts of the game, and the exhaustion of recording two episodes in a row.
