FanCensus says: "Hitman: Absolution looks set to feature five difficulty modes, offering newcomers the chance to ease their way in as well as providing a challenge for masochists and something for everyone else in between."
I will be platinuming this, I LOVE Hitman! Infact, head over rot my YouTube account, PS3gamervideos, to see my new Hitman: Contracts 'let's play'!
'Purist' sounds brutal however; I will begin this on Pro for the first time.
I think this will be my game of the year. I like what they're doing with the difficulties. THey're making the first 4 difficulties look so lame and hand -holdy its not even worth the time. But it would be lame if you unlock things in the game on any difficulty. And this game probably should have come out in october and before assassins creed 3. It might get over shadowed because while Hitman is popular, AC is a massive sales juggernaut.
I'm certain that I am minority when compared to the entire industry, but, I've cancelled my ACIII pre-order to make room for Hitman. I'll get ACIII in 2013 when it's half price (or less) on Steam. Hitman is too unique and my patience doesn't work against agent 47.
Sorry, this was supposed to be in reply to Veneno
