PlayStation Euphoria: Marvel vs Capcom: Origins Review

Marvel vs. Capcom has always been a series favorite for fans of the fighting genre and as a relatively new player of these games, this reviewer was curious about the original Marvel vs. Capcom when the first trailer of this re-release came out. The answer to that curiosity is that the series has always adapted to the original's take on fighting games. The first, however, keeps it's own flavor in accordance to it's predecessors, thanks to it's random ally settings and more interesting characters to play around with. For any hardcore fighting game fan, this editor would definitely recommend Marvel vs. Capcom Origins. (Marvel vs. Capcom Origins, PS3) 7.5/10

I tried the demo. I was personally very disappointed with this game. They haven't tried to do anything with it to make it new at all yet they make it sound like it's a brand new game.

I'm not giving a penny to Crapcom.

Except they never told you it's a brand new game , it's yet another re-release , with two games a few modes and added online .

I dunno what the hell else you want , except yet another reason to be moaning at "crapcom" .

I'll agree on one thing however , this is not sold at a good enough price , and i dont care that much to get it after MVC2 , so no purchase for me

You are right, they never actually walked up to me personally and told me that "Hey this is a brand new game". That never happened. However when I went on PSN it certainly looked like something new. So I downloaded it and found out what it was.

"yet they make it sound like it's a brand new game."

Where did Capcom make it sound like a brand new game? Just because they slapped on "Orgins". Shouldn't something of clicked and said hmmmm, maybe this is the first in the vs. series? Or maybe the numerous articles on the net explaining what it really was didn't tip you off?

I know you know about the internet and the info a click away because you are on here.
