"This charming and adorable genre-bending mash-up is unfortunately bogged down by many noticeable gameplay issues – and a lofty price tag that will almost certainly have many Vita owners turning a blind eye."
Yeah, that price tag is way too high for a download-only game... since it's only available on the psn, there's no other way to get it... meaning that they can charge whatever they want for it....
Its downloadable only in the US. I downloaded it and I got my monies worth. I put 20+ hours in before beating the game and to me that is 2 dollars an hour. With all the other side quests and other activities to do in the game, I'm sure to get get close to 40 hours in. And that is more than what most of us get with a 60 dollar game. This is from someone that has never play the Wii version. Since the Wii version didn't sell as well, I'm sure they just didn't want to take any chances or a lost if the Vita version dosent sell.
It definitely shouldn't be $40.
Pricing is not a legitimate criticism. Similar to people hating on Diablo III because of the always-online bullshit. A game should be judged SOLELY by it's own merit. The price of a game, the platform of a game, the system requirements of a game--are all irrelevant.
