La Mulana Review - 4CR

"With the release of the Wii U just around the corner, releases for Wii games have been few and far between… and when we look at the release schedule for Wiiware for the last semester, well, things do not look good. When Nicalis decided to cancel the release of Mulana on Wiiware in the US and Europe, I have to say I felt a bit sad. Here was this great remake of a fun, old-school-hard 2D action game in the same style as our beloved Metroid and post-Symphony of the Night 2D Castlevania games, and now it would never be available outside of Japan… and then, Enjoy Up made us VERY happy by announcing they would be taking over as the publisher for the game! So, was the wait worth it?", writes 4ColorRebellion. (La-Mulana, Wii) -
