Like most players of The Secret World, I have been very curious about what the game will throw at it this month. Being a game based in the horror genre, how can they not add content just for Halloween, right? Tanya Short, senior designer of the game, blogged a bit this morning about what that content will entail (and we get a sneak peek at the Cat King!).
The Halloween content for The Secret World is set to launch around October 15th, according to Short. The content should feel like a break from the main plot of the game, something that sets a lighter tone. In fact, Short explained that it should feel more like “an episode of Buffy,” but be ambitious and not like the “more fluffy fantasy games.”
