Medal of Honor: Warfighter stage co-created by Need For Speed team

Medal of Honor: Warfighter features a driving mission that was developed alongside Need for Speed team members, it has been revealed.

Titled 'Hot Pursuit', the mission is a first-person car chase as a suspect drives recklessly through Karachi, Pakistan, racing from the docks through to city streets, the Empress Market and ultimately the city slums.

Senior designer Ben Jones explained that Need for Speed developers helped contribute to making the driving stage.

"The level itself was inspired by conversations with the Tier 1 consultants, and they talk all the time about observing, being in a car and the chases they get in, focusing on guys and getting the most intel they can," he said.

"That is a big part of what they do, so it was important we try and integrate that into the game."

Thats awesome. It would be nice to traverse certain levels in a Lamborghini aventador

Hope to god it isn't the BlackBox studio helping. Their car handling is crap.

It's kind of funny to see someone say that, considering no one was complaining when they made Hot Pursuit, Underground, Underground 2, and Most Wanted.

But yeah, they definitely dropped the ball with The Run. *shudders*

They dropped the ball after Carbon handling wise. The cars felt like tanks. Don't you remember Undercover? Pro street?

After seeing the gameplay trailer of that particular mission, it seems like it really isn't BlackBox but Slightly Mad Studios instead. Which is a very good thing.

I remember Carbon, Undercover, and ProStreet. I just don't remember how those games handled. Actually, no, I take that back. I remember Undercover clearly in that I never even did the first face because I started it up and was so horrified with the handling that I immediately got rid of the game.

But here's hoping it is Slightly Mad. Those guys have a lot of talent.

Check out the trailer and you'll see why I'm saying it's Slightly Mad ;)

Well, I must be blind, because all I see are 4 screenshots. :/
