Holy crap, I remember playing this at the bowling alley. You played with 2 sticks, no buttons. This is what JCVD and his fat friend played in "Bloodsport".

No. That was "Karate Champ" on Blood Sport. This game is a remake of the old 80's PC beat em up side scroller.
