Not interested....
.... buy half the game at launch for 50-60 bucks, buy the rest later for 50 more bucks(!)

It's ridiculous.

I'm not going to support such a game, or such developers.

Well if you think missing out on a few monthly car packs is making the game only half of game for you then all the power to you.

Personally I wont be getting the season pass, as I don't really care about getting new cars. However that doesn't mean I think this is only going to be half of a game. I don't need those DLC cars in order to enjoy the game.

Then I guess you won't be buying Halo 4, COD Black Ops 2, Assasins Creed 3, GTA 5 because they all will have multiple downloadable content.

@Mkai: You're right on most accounts....
... I won't be getting those games, and I'll be waiting for a GOTY-edition a year later.

Like I also did with Assassin's Creed 2, Fable 2, Forza 3, and many other games which have been trying to DLC-milk me.

GTA5 could be an exception, depending on how Rockstar handles the DLC-aspect, cause for GTA4 they did it right, only releasing DLC-packs which were worth the money, as they were new stand-alone stories.

I'd rather buy the complete edition with all the DLC a year later than pay a hundred euros to get the full game.

I can tell pgr dev had to do with the sounds track. It has similar feel and sound. It even have one of the song from pgr4 love it!

It looks like the franchise is going to be more for the "casual" crowd to me. What about the true "sim" enthusiasts? It reminds me of burnout paradise.

maybe because its a spin off by a totally different developers?

"What about the true "sim" enthusiasts?"

Then go play a sim if that's what you want. Horizon will be sweet with the open road and the physics of Forza.

Forza Motorsport redefined the racing simulation, Forza Horizon looks like a great combination of sim and arcade styles of racing games like Need For Speed, Tokyo Drift and Mario Kart
