Gamers@Play: FIFA 13 Review

EA sports have possibly created the greatest FIFA they have ever released. EA have brought a real sense of realism to the game with human error playing it’s part in matches. Now this might not seem like much but it brings a whole other angle to the gameplay that we haven’t seen in previous titles. No more to players have unnatural skill on the ball or the perfect first touch every time. Players will hit the ball too far ahead with their first touches, over hit passes and fail to control the ball well if you don’t control them properly. This makes you feel more a part of everything the player you are controlling on the pitch is doing and gives you a real sense of satisfaction when you pull of an excellent pass or piece of skill. EA have managed to find the perfect balance with this feature not to make the game frustrating but even more entertaining like watching a real game of soccer. The physics engine has also been improved meaning no more awkward tangles or collisions between players. (FIFA 13, PC, PS3, Xbox 360) 9/10
