Nihon Falcom has opened the official website for its upcoming PlayStation Portable game, Vantage Master Portable. The remake of the PC-based strategy RPG will include the following four modes: a scenario (story) mode, an expert mode, a freely customizable versus mode called free battle mode, and a network mode allowing players to engage in wireless strategy battles with their friends. In addition to the 18 original masters, i.e. characters capable of summoning spirits known as Natials to fight battles for them, characters from the popular Eiyuu Densetsu (Legend of Heroes): Sora no Kiseki series will appear in the game as hidden masters. So far, Estelle Bright and Joshua Astray have been confirmed to be among those hidden characters.
Vantage Master Portable will be available in Japan on April 24th for 4,800 yen ($44.88 US).
