Blizzards Titan MMO Staff At 100 People

Blizzard is moving forward on the development on its new MMO Titan. (Blizzard, PC)

Good, once that's out, make WoW F2P lol.
jmobley  +   232d ago
that would be great but i doubt it. They are still rocking 9 million players and WoW brings in 25% of activisions Blizzards annual revenue. thats gotta drop to like 1 million before they even consider it.

Its crazy they can continue to have those numbers considering the competition out there that is F2P. GW2 is by far the best MMO I have played and its F2P. SWTOR is also a lot of fun and is going F2P if it hasnt already.

Bet its gonna have a RMAH.

"Finding a raid party too tough? Use the new raid-finder relic which instantly puts you in the best raid. It's a rare relic which can usually be obtained from Titan's new and improved RMAH.

Having a hard time looting gear? Getting steal-killed? No problem. Purchase the new anti-steal-kill relic and the auto-good-loot accessory from the RMAH, gathered up by other players.

Only have two slots for your RMAH special relic gear? Head to our new and improved cash shop that ties directly into the RMAH. With the new RMAH relic enhancer you can equip up to two special relics from the RMAH for only $25."

Blizz have single handedly destroyed the MMO genre.. while WoW is a lot of fun, they couldn't make it more accessible if they tried. Never touched pve really until MoP and even tanking heroics is a mindlessly boring and easy thing to do.

Titan I expect will be more of the same casual accessible trash and will further dumb down the once great genre. I hope it at least is WoW 2.0 as opposed to same old shit of the expansions and the WoW 0.5 of every other MMO getting released.

WoW is just dated. They are running out of ideas to keep people interested. Luckily some companies are releasing games that are not WoW clones. GW2 is a huge breath of fresh air.

Make people interested ? Lol this is blizzard your talking about you do know that? There making millions and will continue to do so. People will be all over Titan whatever it is and you can bet your house that it'll be successful weither you and this imaginary "people" like it or not.

It will probably come out 6 years from now knowing how they take their time with everything. Still waiting for Heart of the Swarm.

That was the old Blizzard, going by how MoP is, I'd say Blizzard's new policy is "it's released when we want your money"
