Even guys who worked on Playstation for a decade and know the PS3 better than anyone (but ND) say the 360 is better:

“Honestly, I feel like having learned the 360 has helped me put the PS3 in perspective. I see [PS3] now like everyone else saw it from the beginning. A simultaneously very cool and very frustrating machine. It has an immense amount of power, it’s just immensely hard to unlock.”

But does Hastings share the common view in the industry that the 360 is the easier platform to develop for? “Yeah. In a lot of ways it’s easier. It comes from so many different places, some of these different things that make it easier. Microsoft is just a hell of a lot better at documenting stuff. They’re a lot better at anticipating problems that developers have and showing you best practices.”

Uhhhm, no. All he is saying is that the 360 was easier to develop for and it made developing for the PS3 easier. Because the PS3 "has an immense amount of power, it’s just immensely hard to unlock.”

Also that Microsoft was better at making the 360 more developer friendly.

Nice try :)

I wish the best of luck to Insomniac and their new IP Fuse and hope that they will develop Resistance 4 for the PS4 in the future.
