Exclusive Call of Duty: Black Ops II Multiplayer Gameplay, Hardpoint Game Mode
Earlier this week, FPS General was invited down to Santa Monica, CA to check out Call of Duty: Black Ops II in action. During our trip, we(FPSGeneral) were able to get some hands on with the much-anticipated multiplayer component in the game.

I think it looks great, gameplay reminds me of COD4 (which is a good thing) I haven't been this hyped for COD since COD4. I really want to play around with pick 10.

Sometimes simple is better :P Besides its a video game, video games don't always need to be ultra realistic all the time.
LMAO this is so casual! Little to no skill, ledge or corner camping. No recoil, even with an upgrade its still lame as hell.
Passing my third COD, you should all do the same. Want a FPS of pure skill? CS:GO on PC, 13 bux and they wont be releasing a new one yearly for 60. They keep a good formula and stay with it. COD = Milking consumers for billions for little to no value over the previous release.

I personally don't enjoy the series at all but to say it doesn't involve skill obviously isn't correct. Anything can be mastered better than the next person if you're determined to do so, so good luck maintaining that this game is easy playing against some of the more truly spectacular players out there
Get a grip. Some people play games just for fun, saying things like that just make you sound like a douche who thinks he's better than everyone else. Play a competitive private match and see how well you do.
As for the no recoil, who cares. Maybe that particular gun has less power but is also more accurate, but others will be less accurate but have more power. E.G ACR vs TAR21 in MW2.
@ Adropacrich2 & Blastoise- Sorry guys, but I agree with Fanboypunisher, COD is a very easy & automatic game that requires no skills, why you think lots of stupid girls, kids are playing that?? Activision knows how stupid consumers are they buy into anything that has the name COD attached into it.. Comparing COD to the likes of Battlefield, MAG, Killzone, Counter Strike is like comparing an automatic car to one that is manual...
Basically a guy that knows how to drive on manual is a better driver than the one that only drives on automatic... Even non-FPS players plays COD for their FPS fix.. Girls that claim to be "gamers" plays nothing other than COD.... In all seriousness, there's no level of skill, no strategy, nothing, there's no sense of having voice chat & team deathmatch when everyone hardly cooperates, most of them likes to play on their own..

That is the dumbest argument i have ever heard..... there are about a dozen other thing that come into play long before transmission type comes into play... as far az CoD, it is the most casusl FPS on the market but to say it is EASY and requires NO SKILL is typical internet talk... go look at the leaderboads... the average KDR is NEGATIVE... i remember reading that it was in the .70 area... which suggest most people suck at every title... most people play CoD because they are not eliteist gamerz like yourself... they are weekend warriors and dont like the formula of other games like BF....
@Andropachrich2 COD does require some level of skill , that said the game is really easy to master, i remember when i started playing Black-ops i prestiged in a month. On the other hand there are games that i will always suck at has any one played Battlefield 3 on the pc ? jesus christ

Not sure why anyone who hates this series would be in here. I can't stand this game personally but I'm not sure it really serves any purpose to slag the game and it's fans. I'd be happy if COD died out but then there would be something to replace it that attracts equal droves anyway
I have (without really thinking about it) done the 'every other year' strategy. I got WaW, skipped MW2, got Black Ops, skipped MW3, and I was going to skip Black Ops 2, but it might actually be good.
I enjoy playing COD for the competition aspect, but that being said...Cod is "FPS for Dummies". If you compare to pretty much every other major FPS on the market it does take the least amount of skill to play. I mean how many times have you been owned by a 6 year old on BF? And pretty much everyone i've talked to that hates BF, its because it harder than COD. Still COD is still fun times, but yes when it comes to skill its at the back of the pack
I disagree, I don't see BF harder, I see it slower. I do well in BF, but I have to play completely different then the way I play in COD. BF is more of a tactical team work game while COD is a run and gun, quick shooter. Both are fun, but the lasting appeal with COD is stronger in my opinion
So with your logic, they should remain constant from day one to day 365? Give me a break, what a dumb statement. That's like saying knowing all the specs and part of a car and working in a garage for years doesn't make you a better mechanic. You can easily tell who is bad and who is good in COD. The longer you do something the better you'll be. So Olympic athletes who do the same thing and know it in and out have no skill?
