The art assets for the original Killzone, needed to remake the game in HD for PS3, were found in a shoebox in the cellar of one of the studio's IT Support staff, Guerrilla senior programmer Frank Compagner has revealed.

Wow what are the odds? Someone could've thrown it out but they found it and gave it a makeover for the PS3. I give them an A for effort. Great read this was.
Along time ago GG mention that the reason Killzone did not function right was because it wasn't coded(wrong source code) right the codes they used were for a PC version that was supposed to come out at the time with the PS2 version but it never took off.
