Saving the obvious differences between graphics and gameplay, the basic idea of the game (changing what happened in the past) kinda remind me of Ghost Trick, another Capcom game. Hope it'll be as good as Ghost Trick.

The bad guys always do that in games or movies. Beat the crap out the hero/heroine early on but leave him/her with enough skills to fight back.

They wiped her memories but not the memories of those who betrayed her and her deadly fighting skills?
