Ember Mage builds a pretty bad looking. 1/15 Frost Phase should probably be included in every build.
Also maxing Prismatic Bolt but only maxing one of the three Brands? Why not get Frost and Fire Brands as well for more consistent bonus damage and three times the max bonus damage?
