This First Freedom Trailer gives us a glimpse at some of the gameplay scenes in Splinter Cell: Black List.
*insert obligatory Michael Ironside quote*
Never been into the splinter cell series. This one looks like it just might change that though.
Maybe for you this looks good, but this looks awful, Ubi should have gone with a new character, this character model doesn't look like sam, he doesn't talk like sam. The trailer talks about 5th freedom as if its a new concept. It was SHOWN IN THE FIRST GAME!! This game is is an insult to the fans, the game and the character of sam.
Hm, maybe that's why i'm interested then lol. Pretty much new everything. OR, maybe its a reboot? Hence the deal with the 5th freedom?
5th freedom was already in the game.
Too much over the top hollywood action for me
Being upset that everything doesn't stay the same is the mindset of an illiterate peasant. Looks like a blend of stealth and action, just like every SC game, don't condemn it just because it looks different.
The game has changed drastically. The voice new actor doesn't sound like sam whatsoever, this is a fucking joke. The new trailer makes it like a michael bay film. There is no problem when they add new things, but this isn't Stealth, its an action game with plenty of QTE.
I'm a long time fan of the Splinter Cell Series, all the way back to the first on the original Xbox and Even though, This is a totally new direction for the character I do think this looks decent unlike the new Resident Evil of which I will not be buying. I truely hope that they try to keep most of the game to the roots of the series and keeps stealth gameplay at the forfront though. To be honest though, I will only be getting this for the multiplayer of Spies vs mercs as long as they don't change that format. I and a few friends have been missing some good old spy vs merc action.
Yawn, nothing aspirational. and yup I noticed the same unoptimized engine. Still using modified unreal 2.5 ineffectively So basically the unoptimized horrors of Conviction combined with yawn.
