MMGN: PES 2013 improves where it matters and goes back to what made the Pro Evolution Soccer series so popular in its heyday. The on-pitch improvements are fantastic, and once past the learning curve, offer more control than any other football game on the market. Yes, it’s still let down by a poor showing off the pitch, disappointing music and commentary, which combines with the well documented licensing issues to diminish the single-player appeal. Still, PES 2013 is fantastic when your opponent is sitting next to you, and fans should be able to overlook the faults to celebrate Pro Evolution Soccer getting back on track.

A new day brings new deals
XMNR: Deal hunters looking for an offer on Halo 4 on the Xbox 360 should turn their attention to Best Buy for Friday, May 24. The retailer has the sci-fi shooter marked down down to less than $20 as part of a Deal of the Day. There are also several PS3, Xbox 360 and Nintendo 3DS titles on sale for the Memorial Day weekend.
Not my favorite of the series, but still a damn good game. At that price, and if you have any interest, you really should jump on the deal.
Amazing game, and the best cut scenes in gaming today. The multiplayer is fun too, if you were hesitant in the past to play online, this one balances things nicely in my opinion.
