Why didn't this get the HD and online treatment? This is sad glad i kept my ps2 version.

SNK , or whoever holds their license, doesn't want to pay the money. Why else.

If it was coming in HD it would cost more.

The street fighters after turbo didnt get HD treatment so why would this? Unfortunately not too many play these games.. Or not enough to warrant an HD makeover.. I wish it would though.. I love this game

with no online play CvS2 is pointless. ;_;

I personally can't wait! I usually play locally anyway and Capcom vs SNK is amazing.

I as well. I missed kicking ass (and getting my ass kicked) with my team Vice and Yun in the arcades. Those were the days......

Hopefully S vs. C Chaos follows suit as well....

I'd love to see HD versions on XBLA & PSN. And while they're at it a sequel to Capcom vs SNK 2 and SNK vs Capcom would be nice.

Come on Capcom vs SNK 2, make your way over to the west post haste. Theirs a silver lining in this. As a ps2 classic, capcom can't sell you DLC for custom colors because it's already there. lol

It's already out on the Japanese store, I wouldn't mind getting it as a PS2 classic with no online play since it is by far one of my favorite fighting games!!!!

I think even if it had online play i dont think i would get it. My hate for capcom is that high.

NO! Ps2 classic will ever have online Sony already put that out there, some of you should really quit being lazy and look stuff up.

for some reason Dreamcast Version was much better than ps2
same thing with street fighter : 3rd strike

make it online

Offline or online i'll buy it regardless. to have a classic game like that on the ps3 is too much. I'm still waiting for Rival Schools and Project Justice to get released on the PS3 or Xbox classics. Killer Instinct will come out and THEN we'll have all the classics.
