It’s not often you consider keeping the box your gift came in but this Borderlands 2 Claptrap box has collectors item written all over it.
Being the unashamed Borderlands fanboy that I am, I can summarize my reaction in one word: WANT!
Pretty awesome parents. Mine never did anything as cool as that. They showed their love in other ways...belts, paddles, tying me to a tree in the woods and leaving me to fend for myself. It made me stronger in the end.
I was lucky if my gifts were wrapped.
Parenting done right...oh, I mean the Claptrap box. The belts and paddles...not so much :P
Wow. That is unbelievably awesome. I can haz?
chad lakkis likes it rough
Awesome parents indeed. WHY WON'T MY PARENTS DO THIS
Damn, my mother only gave me surprise games when i was 7.. After that she despised that i played em so much & stopped ;(
I'd stay away from a... clap... box...
Oh dear God, what have they done to that poor claptrap?
I wish my folks did this but the only gift my parents ever gave me was a Rattata because I had no friends. He is my first and only friend. Not including those people I phone every two minutes to tell them how awesome my Rattata is.
Wait how old was this kid?
Good question...I have no idea, but if it helps the parents seem pretty geeky. The one who shot the assembly photos had a Robocop mug on their desk.
I wish my parents were that cool!
Would of been cooler if it were the special edition.
You know, I find Claptrap UNBELIEVABLY annoying, but I still would have been pretty stoked to see that. Also, do we have any idea as to how OLD the lucky recipient of this birthday present was? The game does have an 'M' rating after all. ... Not that that really matters, of course.
I wish my parents were the crafty type.
