The top 5 games of summer 2012

The Plagued Gamer writes: "Summer is at an end and with it the so called "gaming drought" the season is usually tagged as. We contest that claim this year, seeing as how the summer has been filled with incredible titles, some we'll all be talking about as potential game of the year material a few months from now. To celebrate the changing of the seasons and into the massive holiday season release schedule, we've compiled a list of the greatest games of the summer along with our own personal list. If you haven't played some of these games, you'd better get moving!" (Dark Souls: Prepare to Die Edition, FTL: Faster Than Light, Orcs Must Die! 2, PC, PS3, Spec Ops: The Line, Torchlight II, Xbox 360)
