Broken Sword: The Serpent’s Curse Kickstarter Campaign Funded… and then some!

When Broken Sword: The Serpent’s Curse was announced as a Kickstarter campaign last month (23rd August 2012), a funding target of $400,000 was set and fans around the world rejoiced. After only two short weeks (on 6th September 2012) $400,000 was achieved… and then surpassed. Stretch goals were announced and only one question remained – what would the final amount raised be? Today, on Saturday 22nd September 2012, the Broken Sword 5 Kickstarter campaign closed its doors with $771,561 pledged, 14,032 backers and over 30,000 comments! And that’s not including PayPal… (Android, Broken Sword: The Serpent's Curse, iPad, iPhone, Kickstarter, PC, PS3, Xbox 360)

Nice! Now make it a point & click.

It is like the first 2 games. So yes point and click.

The site forgot the Paypal funds and that makes it over $800,000.

Looking forward to this...
It's shaping up to be another classic point 'n click adventure in the same vein as the first two. It'll be brilliant.
