X360A - Forza Horizon’s Ralph Fulton Talks Speed, Style and Redefining the Genre

X360A - For years racing games have been pigeonholed as either arcade racers or simulation racers, an out-dated view, according to Playground Games’ Design Director, Ralph Fulton. Why is it out-dated, you ask? Because the line has been blurred… that, and Forza Horizon is what they’re calling an “action” racer. (Forza Horizon, Ralph Fulton, Xbox 360)

I know they say quality > quantity, but I really want a massive and diverse map. I dont want to have the entire area memorized in a couple weeks like i have with previous open world racing games like burnout paradise and NFS games like HP, carbon, and the old MW.
