Torchlight 2 Review | GameFob.com

Torchlight 2 brings us back to the world of clicking, looting and chaos that brought an entire generation of gamers into the light when the grandfather of click-fests was born (read: Diablo 1). Don’t be confused, because this is not Diablo, nor was the original a clone of Diablo. These are games that share similar features, characteristics and tendencies, in that you’re running around using an isometric view, clicking repeatedly to attack monsters, and gathering up all the loot that you hold dear. Comparing the two would be like saying Call of Duty is a clone of Battlefield just because they both have guns, use the right trigger to fire, and have similar crouching features. Ridiculous, right? I hope you agree.
