I was thinking of Mad Max. That V8 felt really good to drive around in, especially with upgrades.
I don't know... It was a strange addition to the game, and the parts of the game where you had to fight in it were tedious. But driving it around Gotham felt brilliant.

Just tried this a few times. Even if you don't care at all about the novelty of these guns, they are actually really damned good guns. It will cost a lot, but they're guaranteed purple guns that scale with your level apparently.
Be warned though, if you do decide to do this, sometimes you may only get one of the guns, and sometimes you might not get any of the guns, so just keep tipping her until she gives you them both. If you don't get ANY of the guns or if you only get one and waste a lot of money trying to get a second, then just press the playstation button and quit out of the game before it has a chance to autosave (autosaving usually just occurs whenever you move around, so try not to move if it doesn't work).
The stats on these guns are incredible compared to the best purple sub machine guns I've found.
I'm not gonna tip her anything. If there's one thing that left a real impression on me from borderlands 2 so far, it's my newly found gambling addiction. I had a 3 marcus heads in a row and that gave me my best sniper so far. Also, I had 3 vault symbols in a row which gave me a rediculous pistol for when I was level 13. I only just found a pistol better, and I'm level 22.
I think i'm gonna go to my local casino now and see if i'm as lucky there!! Thanks for the bankruptcy Gearbox!
