Damn. Japan is going to EAT THIS UP
This game is gonna be awesome. If the online works as well as the Monster hunter Tri's did then I'll consider getting it day 1
If I remember correctly, one of the 3 new MH games will not have online. It is either this one, the one for the WiiU or Frontier G. Chances are it will be this one.
Its looking like such a promising game... It pisses me off that we have to wait till MH4 gets localized, but either-way I know we're going to get it which makes me happy. Oh well, guess I have to settle on MH3 Ultimate until then...
Put it on a system with two analog sticks and I'll try it. I tried Monster Hunter Tri and it played so horribly. Is this better? It looks better.
It probably is much better than the Wii port that capcom released on the 3DS last year. But if you really want to play a Monster Hunter like game on the Vita there's God Eater 2, Ragnarok Odyssey and Soul Sacrifice to suit your needs. Anyways about the analog sticks. Doesn't Monster Hunter 4 support the circle pad pro accessory for the 3DS? If it does than there's your answer for the missing circle pad.
awesome! i hope we get this game soon!
the backgrounds & textures look like crap.. It is vibrant & full of life tho.. I like MH games so ill buy 4.. Ill be skipping tri g cuz soul sacrifice will own it.. Itl own em both actually but i wont miss out on a great title built from the ground up.. I wish more devs would take the time needed to build titles with care on nintendo systems.. Seems like they just make sloppy games due to lazy development.. 1st party rarely disappoints cuz they take the time needed to build the games right...
OMG that gameplay is so sexy. Been itching for a new MH since MHFU.
This title looks like such a downgrade from MHFU. After spending thousands of hours playing the PSP ones, you think the "new generation" of Nintendo handheld would look better. After reading the comment today about how MH4 simply went to the 3DS because the hardware just came out, it feels like a kick in the nuts to old MH fans. Another thing, I realize all these recent "I love MH!" comments lately, but they are all Tri players that picked the game up recently. Grow up with the series, and watch it evolve title to title before you "disagree" with comments from long time veterans that played it on Sony hardware.
