Guild Wars 2, Borderlands, and The End of Corpse Runs

Had Benjamin Franklin grown up during the golden era of MMORPGs rather than under the crushing tyranny of the British Empire, his famous "death and taxes" quote might have instead sounded something like this: "Nothing is certain except corpse runs and subscription fees." (Borderlands, Guild Wars 2, PC, PS3, Xbox 360)
