Unity Technologies Enters Extensive Agreement with Nintendo to Support Wii U

Unity Technologies announced that it has entered into a worldwide license agreement with Nintendo to provide a version of Unity which supports deployment to the Wii U to Nintendo and third-party developers as well as Unity’s 1.2 million registered developers. (Unity Technologies, Wii U)

It's as if Nintendo's banking on indies for the vitality of the their Wii U console (which I believe is a great sign for the future of Wii U's support).

the whole point give ninti the credit because they seem to be getting everything right and especially right at the start of the launch of the wiiu
