Second Ninja Gaiden hits Sony handheld in 2013.
... and if it will have the option for the original Japanese voices. Ninja Gaiden Sigma Plus for Vita was missing the original voices. Which is ridiculous. TBH, I have very little faith left in the new developers of Ninja Gaiden, seeing how they messed up the SIgma games, the VITA port, and Ninja Gaiden 3. Ninja Gaiden Black for the original Xbox is still the best game in the series.
The vita port was done very well. It runs smooth looks great and plays great. Plus the additions are nice. Ng3 on the other hand. I regret buying the second it loaded in my ps3
... Ninja Gaiden Black was amazing. That said, Ninja Gaiden Sigma was WORSE than Black, despite the update in graphics and extras. Ask any dedicated Ninja Gaiden player on the Gamefaqs boards. And the VITA port is missing the original language option, so you're stuck with a horrible English dub, it's 30 fps instead of 60, and the European version is censored (not sure about the USA version), in that you can't chop off the heads of human enemies. Metacritic Scores: Ninja Gaiden Black: 94 Ninja Gaiden Sigma: 88 Ninja Gaiden Sigma Plus: 72(!) The original game is absolutely great, and one of my favourites of all-time. Love it. Which makes it such a shame that both Sigma versions weren't as good as their originals (despite the enhancements and extras), and it's even worse that the Vita version is a pretty mediocre port. It could (and thus should) have been MUCH better. At the very least it should have had the original language and removed the censorship.
sigma was so much better than black .. the new dodging animation - HD graphics -60 fps.. no, I can't live without those and in the us version you chop head off.. I remember the European version .I was so anoyed that you can't cut heads and I also played plus .. the same great game only 30 fps but it was ok
Ninja Gaiden 3 Minus for PS Vita coming next year trololo
For a guy with FF XIII in the name, you probably have great taste in games. /s
FinalXIII implies that FF13 is the end for FF is satire since i despise ff13 Ninja gaiden 3 sucks not even vita can save it.
It says Final 13. That doesn't mean Final Fanasty 13 -_-.
What's with Tecmo just adding random words? Let me guess: Ninja Gaiden Sigma 2 Plus Extreme announced for WiiU!
Guess it's just publishing issues or whatever but agree,it's getting ridiculous lol..
The Wii U version will have blue blood.
Wow I've heard that Vita is doomed and would have no games...
Well it's probably the same people who said that the PS3 has no games in 2006-2007 and now you can't find them anywhere :P !
Oh, don't worry. There's still plenty of them. :D Unfortunately...
The VITA has tons of games coming but when it was first launched it lacked games that appealed to certain gamers. As a hardcore JRPG gamer the VITA should have launched with at least 3 JRPG's worth playing.
Agreed, although it did get 3 or more JRPG in Japan.. But I see your point
I agree, Vita needs more DQ and FF love. Also, I'd flip out if Level 5 made Dark Cloud 3, Rogue Galaxy 2 or something similar. o_O
Isn't that argument a bit silly considering this is a 2008 game with minor improvements? I own Sigma 2 on PS3 and I like it just fine. But I just feel that anyone who wants to play this game would have done so already on either the 360 or PS3 versions of the game.
Ok, let me play devils advocate here... The vita has few, if any original games of its own. At the tgs conference were announcements of ports and multiplatform titles, with one of the few original vita games seeing a delay. When people say "no games", they most likely mean " no vita only games of particular interest"
i want new games not old stuff port it over
If that "Plus" is for "Plus all the gore that was sorely missing from the PS3 version", then you've got a buyer.
It is a straight up PS3 port? Will it be missing dismemberment and red blood?
Port,port,port...old ps3 game,but cool.
I didn't like NG 2 that much. Was sigma 2 a vast improvement?
It was faster thats why i didnt continue playing it when i first bought it , i prefer the first one , it felt more like a ninja game then the second game , which ofcours made me hate the third one ...
not really its easier to play though. It has less enemies on screen.it does have a few extra fights
Vita will make me continue playing this ine , its great.news , i will buy ninja gaiden again on vita since i sild the ps3 version long time ago , amazing game ..
I just got to try the first one this week. It looks absolutely HORRIBLE on the Vita. How did they screw that up?!?
hell yes! i dont give a damn if its a port either.. If it continues, nx year we will get the wii u version for the handheld w even more features.. all 3 for on the go is ok with me
Seeing as the exclusive content is being published by Nintendo, the exclusive content will not be available anywhere else. Besides, why be excited for a toned down port when the PS3 version is far superior and cheaper too. You make absolutely no sense whatsoever! Your excited for an old ass port that will most certainly toned down, and bash the Wii U when its getting a re-done version of NG3, with added content and a exclusive character! PLEASE!
well if sigma 1 & 2 get put on it, what makes u think team ninja didnt think about all that when negotiating w Kidtendo? lol its coming as early as nx year jr.. When it hits vita with even more content than wii u, then u can sit & cry someplace LOL.. Nintendo published it cuz Tecmo/Koei didnt wana risk it.. Team Ninja owns all things related to the game.. Nintendo doesnt have a grasp on anything.. Show me a link saying nintendo owns the content please lol.. & vita version of the 1st was console perfect just like this will be
They Gotta learn how to fix the camera angles thts my only problem with the game
Damnit i bought Sigma 2 for ps3 after playing the vita Sigma. I loved it on the go and now il wind up rebuying this. Its a good problem to have though. Only paid under 20 so no biggie. I still need 3 but il get the wii-u version of that one. Seems MUCH better.
