I can't wait for the new arrival of video game console the ps3 slim 2.0. I'll have all my systems lined out to welcome it. I'll get the Wii u down the line probably after I get a ps4 or when I can pick it up for about what its worth £150
I cant wait to watch Sony's tgs conference and I wouldn't be surprised if they announce new games.
Ok, so Sony are about to reveal their new super slim and there doesn't seem to be any other live streams anywhere else... I'm not sure they ARE going to reveal the new console. Surely they'd want it streamed all over the world?
So what characters do you think they'll announce for All Stars? Japanese conference so perhaps Cloud from FF. Brace yourselves for Lightning too since she most likely gonna be in the game.
Holding out for The Last Guardian, but can't get too excited.
This i believe will be one of the most important shows for Sony this gen for a few of reasons.
1 - To counteract the Wii U, Sony will have to give consumers a reason to purchase a PS3 instead. This super slim has a great chance to do just that, a cheap alternative that can deliver the near identical experiences as Ninty's new system.
2 - The Last Guardian! Ease peoples minds that this game is coming by showing it in any form. A demo with more gameplay can be a good start. Just make it so people believe there is a chance gamers can play this at all.
3 - More Vita content. The games so far have been great but the gap between each big game release is too wide. Have great games that are appealing to users on a more frequent basis rather than have one every few months.
4 - For a Megaton show a glimpse of what the future will hold for the PS brand by revealing footage of what the next PS will be. A teaser video of some kind to get people talking about the PS brand again.
1. You can't counteract new hardware with a bigger hard drive. And near identical experiences is not truth. I would say graphics department possibly for unique experiences Wii-U seems to be on it's own.
2. I completely agree.
3. Once again completely agree finish what Gamescon started and ease the Vita owners and potential Vita owners that support will be taken serious.
4. That may defer sales though as if I saw some PS4 logo there would be no need to even get a PS3 as it would be wasted money. No need for that yet.
@ omegabell. Yeah a cheaper system with a bigger library then the Wii U I am sure will sell like the plague.I am sure the PS3 will sell like the 360 does in Japan just because the Wii U came out. Talk about exaggeration.I know people are excited about the Wii U but lets not go overboard.
They always have a translator there because English is (sort of) a universal language. Most of the gaming press is from the west, so they always have translators.
i already have a slim so i wont buy another but i still wana see what they have to say.. PS always has great games to show & it being TGS, there will be plenty of eastern titles which are my fav.. This slim ps3 has to be priced cheaper than the version out now.. Itl sway ppl from even looking @ wii u & its poor launch titles & features.. Sorry, i love nintendo but the wii u just blows right now..
I am so looking forward to this show. It looks like I would have to set aside my time from 9pm PST to watch this live. WHOO HOO!!! Bring the Super Slim! Bring the games! Bring the Next-Gen....And I'll bring the snacks and drinks!
