The haunting brilliance of Demon's Souls' music

Where most games rely on bombastic, sweeping scores, Demon's Souls does the opposite across the board to fantastic effect. (Culture, Demon's Souls, PS3)

Shunsuke Kida did an extraordinary job in Demon Souls and I always wondered why Dark Souls used Motoi Sakuraba who did a great job as well. However, I would have honestly loved to see a tag team effort in the next game.....

Both games have amazing music, Dark Souls and Demon's Souls. I really enjoyed the music for Sif's battle in Dark Souls, it felt like a morose fairytale.
