Wii U Launch: 6 Franchises That Should Have Been Included

WC writes: With the release of Nintendo’s latest console only a few month away, and the full line-up of launch titles confirmed, the Internet is ablaze with speculation about how Nintendo’s latest titles will fare on the new platform. The line-up of games coming to the Wii U includes new entries into the Super Mario Bros. and Pikmin franchises, alongside third-party titles such as Call of Duty: Black Ops II and Fifa 13.

However, even with such an impressive release roster, there are a few of Nintendo’s biggest franchises which are noticeably absent from the list. (Mario Kart, Star Fox, The Legend of Zelda, Wii U)
