Insomniac Games, the developer of Spyro The Dragon, Ratchet & Clank and Resistance series has been tweeting some rather weird videos today. Are they just bored to death, or are they hinting some teasers our way?

No Resistance is a misunderstood series that got unfounded hate for no reason. It wasn't a 'mess' as you put it until everyone started to yell to change it.
that's cool, i got resistance 1 with my ps3 and just didn't like it. thought the story was contrived, the weapons were gimmicky for gimmicks sake, the art direction was generic. but that's all just my opinion.
That's cool. I got Resistance 1 with my PS3 as well and loved it. I thought it was a great game with some fun weapons. I hope that they make another game in the series sometime.
IF Insomniac makes a Resistance 4... please... for the love of all your fans start exploring the ancient Chimeria and start doing more with the Cloven.
Resistance 4 should be kept for the PS4...hope it offers us an Alternative timeline and goes back to the first game with Nathan Hale, like what if the Chimera do things differently, least then with Resistance 5 we would really get a truer Resistance FALL OF MAN sequel.
I mean an alternative timeline is really all they have left, Resistance 3 wrapped things up nicely.
What!!? Theres no need for alternative timeline plenty of story left, didn't you hear in the resistance 3 credits that humanity was just starting to fight back since the Chimeran Tower that was freezing the earth is destroyed, now the war has change the chimera won't be as effective in warmer climate countries, due to over heating so now humanity has chance to fight back.
So next resistance game should be a new protagonist leading the fight across different countries leading to Russia as final level since that be chimera stronghold hopefully see "pure" chimera as final boss.
I don't know why you got disagree with. Fuse/Overstrike is basically what they're announced. It was said last week with the trailer that more information was coming on the 12th.
Sony aren't really good at advertising there IP's. They have great first party devs, great IPs that they invest lots of money on, but they fall flat on advertising them.
Under that "One Sony" plan. Sony's movie marketing team should REALLY help the gaming division. I cannot stress this enough. Those mofos know how to market.
@ ab5olut10n the story was no more or less contrived then half the shooters out there and the weapons were not 'gimmicky for gimmick sake'. They were very effective weapons. If half of them didn't work properly I would have agreed with you but Resistance weapons were very effective against the enemy especially things like the Auger and the Hedgehog grenades
@ George Sears. strange how Microsoft is supposed to be so good at advertising everything as opposed to Sony and yet many of their games still fall flat on their faces. I notice no one ever mentions why that happens even after these game get the great advertisement Microsoft seems to always have..You would think with all the great advertisement every Kinect game and Microsoft game should have reached over 5 million units plus by now. And yet they haven't. How strange. How long did it take Alan Wake, Splinter Cell Conviction and Forza 4,high level games to break the bank again with all the great advertising?
Better yet! they should make a ratchet and clank type game mix with resistance! you get a 3rd person, cover and shoot, platforming, action adventure game.
