Rumor: Director of Resident Evil films reveals that a Monster Hunter movie is 'in the planning'
Paul WS Anderson, director of the Resident Evil films recently revealed during an interview that a film based off Capcom's Monster Hunter is 'in the planning'.

You know what my problem is with this guy, he's a bullcrap liar. He says he's a gamer yet his RE films show us that he dosen't have a clue about the franchise, the only thing he does right sometimes is the costumes of the characters like Jill for example but even then he probably so that on the Wiki.
I mean whats wrong with a plot about a group of a special tatic force going into a mansion full of the undead and dangerous experiements.
It ticks me off that there is probably new starting off screenwriters these days and Holywood would never gives them a chance if they did a script based of a video game...one of them must be a gamer who knows what he's doing. I hope when they reboot RE they choose a guy with a good script despite if he's well known or not.
Apparently Capcom have a DMC film in the making aswell
