It is really good to see Burnout doing good on both the 360 and PS3.

Impressive over 60% of Uncharted global sales have come from Europe/Other region.

Impressive numbers in regards to the PS3 in Europe.

The Wii and the DS continue to hold their dominance on every market however.

LOL The Wii is the new PS2.. and will likely continue on to become the new undisputed champion of the industry..

I will not argue with you there.

The console will reign supreme forever with hardware numbers.

But a flagholder in pushing and extending the limits of technology and blurring the line between what is fictitious and what is real? Immersing the player aurally and visually will never be what the Wii will be.

However. It'll do what it's meant to do, play games, so its worth to the industry and to the value of the art that is video games, is something gamers have to deal with individually. To some, it's a breath of fresh air, and to others, it's a waste of space. No one is wrong, no one is right.

It was the "tickle-me-elmo" item this christmas that everyone had to have, and it will probably have the PS2's long term sales as well.

My only concern is, where does Nintendo go from the Wii? It does not have 10 year appeal, not with Intel coming out with 8 core processors NOW. So I would hope that Nintendo has a plan for the future to see that the Wii is just Nintendo's PS1 leading to the more popular PS2...

Anyone follow me?

Impressive attach rate for PS3 continues, with it shifting more software than 360 despite having a smaller install base.
I don't really see why this should be happening as Europe hasn't any big exclusive, but it further reinforces the point that PS3 owners buy plenty of software...

The WII continues its domination...
