Yes, Saizo is in there too. But.....Sasuke also has the whole "bloodline power that makes eye's red". Although i'll give you Saizo looks more like him, anyway...
Sasuke < Noctis < Saizo. They might not be copies or anything but...it's hard to think they didn't influence each other.

I beginning to become weary of the state of the game. I have a feeling that the constant lapses in development will cause it to not turn into the game originally shown to the public.

I wouldn't be surprised if it requires a FFVSXIII-2 because they may have to rush to get the game out (it's been like 7 years) due to restlessness from fans
