Exactly my thoughts. I wasn't really feeling it when it was announced GOW would have an online mode, but as long as the sp is epic as usual I'm ok. But now I see there's xp, why? Leave that xp, double xp crap for the shooter's, don't let those genres influence GOW please. What's next, loadouts and perks/properks?

XP has more to do with RPGs than shooters. There's nothing wrong with having a leveling up system in a game like this as it will most likely have cosmetic customisations.

I like the idea of having RPG elements in a GoW game TBH.

Yeah, im still disappointed in Santa Monica for tacking multiplayer on. Just sad. Even more so now that that story with team yager and spec ops broke out. At least Looking Glass has confirmed they shit canned multi for Infinite.

How do you all know the multiplayer is tacked on?
At least they are giving you a reason to return to the game after finishing the single player.

Not many people play GOW after they've beating it. AAfter 2 play through's the epicness of the game was done and over with.

Gonna half to try the multiplayer portion of the game o see how well it stacks up, but everyone who has had hands on with the MP portion said it was spectacular.

I'll only be playing the multiplayer to verse one of my mates.. ever since gow1 we've been waiting for multiplayer to see who's better lol but other then that ill just be playing sp.

One thing I've been noticing for a while now is that for some games, Europe has been getting the better Limited Edition versions of games for whatever reason. I guess the Limited Edition versions of games sell better in Europe or something.

The Limited Edition version of GOW: Ascension in the U.S. IMO is very average with a bunch of Digital Content that I'm not really interested in. When I buy Special Edition versions of games I want some kind of Physical Content too. The European L.E. is way better. With God of War being more popular in the U.S., I'm surprised Europe is getting a Limited Edition version that's so much better than the U.S. version.
