NFL Sunday Ticket Returns to PS3; And it's cheaper than last year

Last year, DirecTV's NFL Sunday Ticket came to the PlayStation 3 for $340. This year, the package is back and allows you to live stream out of market NFL games. Plus, it's cheaper at $299.95.

Definitely wanting to get this. I was reading up on some of the forums and people were saying that it had very poor performance issues last year. Especially at the beginning. Anyone on here know for sure if it is or was running good after theses issues? I really want to get this, but I don't want to pay for something that costs that much only to be frustrated. Any one?
The beginning of the year issues made it unwatchable, but after they fixed that I thought it was worth it. I watched every week and the only complaint I had was the 1 o clock games were never as smooth as the 4 o clock games were, I assume because there weren't as many games to stream at 4 so it came in clearer. Sometimes the resolution would drop (looked like a bad internet stream) and a couple minutes later would recover during 1 o clock games and it would stall for a second, but you can rewind and fast forward so you never actually miss a play (I don't think it ever skipped forward, might just stall to buffer and then ur game is running slightly behind real time). If those sort of issues won't bother you then you'll enjoy it for sure.
Okay now if I remember correctly, Sunday Ticket was only $85 last year on PS3. I'm almost certain that it was. I remember looking @ the price n thinking hard on it cause I felt it was a great price. It wasn't no damn $200-$300 for it!
N besides, @ a price like that u'd b better off just getting it through Directtv, they're giving u Sunday Ticket free as long as u sign up for their package, and u'd still b able to checkout the games on ya PS3. That's how I did it last year. It did have it's hiccups, n wasn't always smooth, but last year I would give it a B- for my overall experience.
I honestly wouldn't get it for no damn $300. Lol, hell no!
It was like $85 a month last year, it was my only option since everyone else in my house is fine sticking with Time Warner, but yes you're better off getting DirectTV if u can.
Directv is giving it free this year to all new subscribers and to those who were effected during there stalemate with the networks which was almost everyone. I dont see this as a good deal seeing it has many technical issues which is normal with most streaming sites and with a much better connection and service if you have directv which sadly i cant get since i have tree blocking my view at my apt.

They charge you the full 300 at once this year rather than monthly payments like last year.
